Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the Ocean Cost Programme, identifying and delivering sustainable cost optimisation opportunities across Ocean. You will partner with Ocean and Operations leadership to drive execution, transparency, and measurable financial impact.

The role requires a strong background in finance partnering, with 5+ years’ experience and a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering and project management.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale cost, performance, or transformation initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ocean and Operations leadership to identify and consolidate cost initiatives into a cohesive program.
• Own end-to-end programme governance, performance tracking, and financial impact reporting.
• Lead executive updates and decision points to the SteerCo and senior leadership.
• Build partnerships across Ocean and Finance to accelerate delivery and value realisation.
• Drive engagement and foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment.
