- Technical background in optics/photonics, electronics, or production engineering.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
- Good communication in English; Danish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- As NPI Engineer you will master and improve existing production processes, training and supporting technicians.
- Troubleshooting issues, performing failure analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyzing test and manufacturing data to identify improvements in quality and productivity.
- Collaborating with Operations and other departments to transfer mature products and processes into production.
