Job summary

CardsAffinity, part of Tryg Group, invites a System Business Developer to translate business needs into value-adding solutions within our Nordic IT Core Systems team. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, integration partners, and developers to ensure high-quality deliveries and continuous improvement of our systems and processes.

The role is based in Aarhus, with a hybrid work setup (office 3 days a week) and collaboration across Sweden and Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them.
• Professional experience from the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance activities.
• Knowledge of agile ways of working such as Scrum, Lean, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders, developers, and external partners.
• Coordinate and perform testing to ensure solution quality.
• Support incident analysis and continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to agile ways of working and improving team delivery processes.
