Job summary

CardsAffinity, part of Tryg, is seeking a System Business Developer in Aarhus to bridge business needs with technology, translating requirements and coordinating between stakeholders, developers and partners. You will join the Nordic IT Core Systems team and contribute to agile delivery and process improvements.

You will have ownership to shape solutions and ways of working while collaborating across Sweden and Denmark, with a role that emphasizes business insight, testing, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders, developers, and external partners.
• Coordinate and perform testing to ensure solution quality.
