Job summary

SUNOTEC is seeking a SCADA Engineer to lead the integration of SCADA systems for Nordic solar PV and BESS projects. You will work from system architecture and configuration through testing, commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure a unified, reliable SCADA platform.

Collaborating with engineering, grid compliance, commissioning and operations teams, you will help ensure data integrity, correct interfaces and smooth handover while contributing to evolving SCADA architecture and plant

Qualifications

• Hands-on SCADA experience within renewable energy projects.
• Experience across SCADA lifecycle: architecture, integration, configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Ability to troubleshoot live project environments and resolve issues.
• Solid knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus TCP/IP/RTU) and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SCADA architectures for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Own SCADA integration across plant components and networks.
• Configure and validate industrial communication architectures.
• Lead SCADA testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Support integration with grid operators and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data acquisition, monitoring and reporting from construction through operation.
• Collaborate with engineering, commissioning and operations teams to resolve interfaces.
