Job summary

Haleon is seeking a QA Specialist to join the Nordic Quality team. You will help maintain and improve the Quality Management System, ensuring GDP and GMP compliance across Nordic markets.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and external partners in a dynamic, cross-functional setting. Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 1 year QA experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in at least one Nordic language.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and multi-priority management.
• Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support product release activities and Quality Operations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage and improve the complaint handling process across Nordic markets.
• Support Product Quality Review (PQR) processes including MAH PQRs.
• Act as SME for designated QMS processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance the QMS to meet Nordic Quality Objectives.
• Ensure quality processes comply with GDP, GMP and internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Support audits, inspections and audit readiness activities.
• Assist investigations, CAPAs and root cause analyses.
