Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Copenhagen is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support the Earned Owned PR and influencer activities across the Nordic markets. You will help coordinate seedings, handle product orders, and assist with press communications.

Work closely with a dynamic team from our Nordic head office at Carlsberg Byen, gaining hands-on experience in digital storytelling, media outreach, and performance reporting. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least two years remaining.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset for PR reporting.
• Excellent planning, communication and relation-building abilities.
• English fluency in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer and press seedings, including product orders and shipments.
• Research and maintain influencer databases and PR platforms.
• Support PR events, campaigns, reporting and creative initiatives.
