Job summary

atNorth is a leading Nordic data centre services company delivering high-performance, sustainable infrastructure for demanding workloads. The Manager of Power and Permits – Nordics will secure power capacity, grid access and permits while coordinating a Nordic team to support growth and customer commitments.

You will lead end-to-end power and permitting strategies across the region, partner with grid operators and authorities, and travel regularly to Nordic locations to drive execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in power, utilities, grid infrastructure or large-scale infrastructure development.
• Experience leading highly skilled specialist teams and collaborating with TSOs, DSOs or public authorities.
• 英文 fluency required; Nordic language skills are an advantage; a Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nordic energy, site development and heat reuse specialists across the region.
• Ensure power availability, grid capacity and permitting across Nordic operations.
• Advise senior stakeholders on strategies, risks and business implications.
• Build strategic relationships with grid operators, power producers, utilities and authorities.
• Oversee permitting processes relating to building, environmental and emissions matters.
• Develop commercially viable energy solutions and customer power offerings, including PPAs.
• Establish Nordic governance and ensure power and permitting are integrated into site development.
