Job summary

Systematic Copenhagen is seeking a Project & People Manager in Defence Services to lead software deployment, training and support projects for military customers across the Nordics. You will combine hands-on project delivery with direct people management and help grow a growing department in Copenhagen.

You will travel regularly to customer locations in the Nordic region, predominantly in Denmark, and work with fellow managers, solution architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• Solid experience leading software or IT projects using Agile methods.
• Direct line management with coaching and development responsibilities.
• Experience with defense or similar industry is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects across the Nordics ensuring scope, schedule, and quality.
• Collaborate with business development to expand engagement and write commercial proposals.
• Direct people and line management including recruitment and employee development.
• Foster a collaborative, engaging workplace across the team.
