Job summary

CityHub Copenhagen is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of CityHosts and housekeeping, and ensure a seamless, tech‑driven guest journey. Based in Copenhagen, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and coordinate suppliers, facilities, and safety compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years of hotel management experience, fluent English, and a Copenhagen-based presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of management experience in the hotel industry or operations.
• Based in Copenhagen and fluent in English (Danish a plus).
• Available as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall performance of CityHub Copenhagen.
• Manage and train the CityHosts and housekeeping team.
• Monitor the quality of the concept and maintain the level of service throughout the customer journey.
• Maximise revenue and profitability by implementing upselling initiatives and commercial opportunities.
• Efficient coordination and streamlining of all operational matters at the hotel.
• Be the first point of contact for suppliers and facility services.
• Guarding the vibrant atmosphere in The Hangout including breakfast service and the self‑service bar.
• Take ownership of the hotel's performance, including P&L management, budget control, and staff scheduling.
• Purchase supplies and manage inventory.
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance.
• Champion our tech‑driven guest journey, ensuring our hardware (Hubs/wristbands) and software work seamlessly for both guests and CityHosts.
• Responsible for (fire) safety and complying with local Danish regulations.
