Job summary

Teledyne Marine’s Acoustic Imaging Group is seeking a Development Manager to lead the Navigation Systems team and oversee engineering efforts across electronics, software and mechanics in an international setting.

You will drive project execution for new products, manage maintenance programs and contribute to organizational improvements within the R&D Management team. Fluency in Danish and English and EU security clearance eligibility are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Experience with people management and project management in a technical field.
• Structured, disciplined approach toward long-term project goals.
• Excellent technical communication skills; fluent in Danish and English.
• Ability to obtain EU security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Navigation team of engineers.
• Manage project execution when delivering new products.
• Manage product maintenance including updates, upgrades, obsolescence rework and qualification.
• Contribute to R&D Management with organization/process improvements and investment cases.
• Budgets, plans, resource planning, and progress reporting.
