Job summary

Five Guys Scandinavia is seeking a hands-on District Manager to oversee Copenhagen-area restaurants. You will lead from the front, spend time in locations, and ensure every site delivers great burgers, fast service, and a proud team.

You will drive performance across people, operations, and commercial results, coaching managers and crews while travel between locations in the Copenhagen area is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading busy, high-volume restaurants.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record in managing sales, labour, and budget.
• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across Copenhagen-area restaurants, people, quality and results.
• Lead daily operations to meet Five Guys standards for food quality, speed, and service.
• Coach and develop restaurant managers and crew with clear succession plans.
• Drive sales and operational excellence through performance analysis and action plans.
• Manage financials including P&L, labour, food cost, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and labour regulations.
• Support new restaurant openings in Denmark.
• Recruit, retain and engage high-performing staff and foster accountability.
