Job summary

YAVICA is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to ensure the technical integrity, stability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within managed services. You will provide technical leadership across incident resolution, change and release management, integrations, and platform governance.

Working with customers, Service Delivery Managers, consultants, and delivery teams, you will design and validate technical solutions, support complex troubleshooting, assess risks,

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O ERP experience with post-go-live operations.
• Experience in managed services or support organisations working to SLAs.
• Extensive knowledge of Finance, LCS, PPAC, and Unified Admin/Developer Experience.
• Experience with Dataverse, Dual Write, Microsoft Fabric, and Synapse Link.
• Guiding integration, data migration, and security strategy with Azure, Power BI, DevOps, and Azure VMs.
• Ability to own multiple tasks, take customer ownership, and travel as needed.
• Excellent English communication in a multicultural European setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical escalation point for complex incidents and drive permanent fixes.
• Lead problem management by identifying recurring themes and remediating at source.
• Design, validate, and approve changes and releases with focus on risk and rollback.
• Govern environment and releases, including One Version readiness and Microsoft update impact.
• Optimize performance, capacity, and cost across the running solution.
• Maintain technical integrity of integrations, data platform, and security in operation.
• Act as trusted technical advisor, scoping changes and supporting renewals.

About the role:

The Technical Solution Architect (TSA) is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity, stability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within managed services and operational delivery. The TSA provides technical leadership across incident resolution, problem management, change and release management, integrations, performance optimization, and platform governance.

Working closely with customers, Service Delivery Managers, consultants, and delivery teams, the TSA designs and validates technical solutions, supports complex troubleshooting, assesses technical risks, and drives the adoption of best practices across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Validation happens before change reaches production, and technical risk is assessed continuously across the running estate as the platform evolves through Microsoft's continuous update cycle.

The role ensures that solutions remain scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with business objectives. In addition to strong technical expertise, the TSA is expected to demonstrate commercial awareness, identify opportunities to enhance customer value, and contribute to business growth.

The TSA takes ownership of customer engagements, provides technical leadership, and acts as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders. The TSA also contributes to the development, improvement, and delivery of YAVICA services and supports customer engagements across Managed Services, SKG, and AMC. The role balances operational excellence, innovation, and customer success while ensuring long‑term platform value and service quality.

What you will be responsible for:

• Technical escalation point for complex incidents, leading root cause analysis and driving permanent fixes.
• Problem management: spotting recurring themes across tickets and remediating them at the source.
• Designing, validating, and approving changes and releases — supportability, risk, regression exposure, and rollback.
• Environment and release governance, including One Version readiness and Microsoft update impact assessments.
• Performance, capacity, and cost optimization across the running solution.
• Technical integrity of integrations, data platform, and security in operation — Dual Write, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, roles and access.
• Trusted technical advisor to customers: scoping and estimating change, supporting renewals, and championing our service methodology.

We can teach you about the real estate domain, but you must have: (requirements)

• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, ideally including operating solutions after go‑live, with domain knowledge within Finance
• Experience from a managed services, application management, or support organisation working to SLAs
• Extensive technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, LCS, Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), and the Unified Admin and Developer Experience
• Experience with Dataverse, Dual Write, and data warehousing using Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Link for Dataverse
• Experience guiding integration, data migration, and security strategy, with knowledge of Azure, Power BI, DevOps, and Azure VMs
• Ability to work independently across many parallel tasks, taking ownership of customers and issues raised, and managing large accounts
• Great communication and relationship‑building skills in English, comfortable in a multicultural European setting with some travel
