Sensori is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large, fully integrated MEP projects across Europe. As Project Director, you will own project strategy, safety, quality,scheduleand budget from pre-construction through handover. You will set the vision for the project team, drive adherence to Sensori procedures and EHS standards, and act as the primary interface with the client,consultantsand major subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, on-budgetdelivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct pre-construction,planningand execution for complex MEP builds; define targets,processesand performance expectations for the project team
- Own schedule,costand scope control; review weekly progress updates and lookaheads with the project planner; implement corrective strategies to keep milestones on track
- Use project lookaheads to drive the project; coordinate with the various project teams to ensure dates can be achieved
- Review design for constructability and value engineering; ensure engineering deliverables, Material Take Offs and procurement plans align withprogrammeand budget;validatesubcontractor pricing and quality outputs
- Plan procurement and ensure engineering is developed to meet deadlines
Commercial Ownership
- Own the project's commercial performance and profitability, including P&L accountability, contract negotiation and management, revenue forecasting and margin protection, commercial risk identification and mitigation, change-control governance, and stewardship of client commercial relationships and commercial reporting
Meetings & Reporting
- Schedule and chair meetings with your team, the Designteamand the Client; follow up and ensuretimelyclose-out of outstanding items
- Lead morning whiteboard and evening schedule review meetings
- Issue the weekly project report, highlighting risks,opportunitiesand progress against plan
- Periodic attendance at planned meetings, toolbox talks (TBT), senior leadership team (SLT)and daily activity briefings (DABS)
Safety, Quality & Audit
- Champion Sensori's QEHS approach; chair and actively contribute to EHS and QA meetings
- Implement the project audit plan; review weekly project audits and address open items with your team
- Discuss audit findings and trends with your Construction Manager, yourteamand BU Leads; ensure findings are clearly communicated to all stakeholders and drive closure of all open items
- Ensure EHS alerts are communicated effectively; engage in associated campaigns (TBT, stand-downs, demonstrations) and ensure strong workforce participation
- Ensure Sensori procedures are in place and adhered to on your project
- Lead safety walks, siteauditsand subcontractor meetings; ensure a functional, compliant site isestablishedand maintaine
Client Management
- Act as primary client liaison; attend client meetings and push a strong QEHS approach
- Present project reports highlighting positives and negatives;identifyimprovement opportunities and propose or negotiate changes to client approach whererequired
- Team Management & Training
- Build, empower and hold accountable the core project team; guide andassistyour project team, aligning expectations with project requirements
- Empower your Construction Manager to set up a functional site
- Set clear expectations and track performance against KPIs
- Make training available to your team and subcontractors; set training standards for Sensori and subcontractor staff
- Ensure you and your team have fully reviewed and understand the project specifications and documentation

Key Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering degree orrecognizedtrade qualification
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing large construction projects,with significant MEP responsibility; proventrack recorddelivering projects in the €70M-€180M range or similar complexity
- Thorough understanding of mechanical,electricaland plumbing systems, with strong familiarity with civil,structuraland architectural packages/interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, set expectations, delegate effectively and drive performance against KPIs
- Strong experience in procurement planning, cost control, subcontractormanagementand schedule management
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; strong written and verbal communication; competent with project management and reporting tools
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Flexibility in working patterns and willingness to travel between sites asrequired
