LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Specialist, Membership Journey & Channel Excellence to lead member-centric journeys across LEGO Insiders experiences, translating insights into end-to-end journey designs.

You will collaborate with CRM, lifecycle and digital product teams to map journeys, apply personas, and optimize channel touchpoints for a seamless, rewarding member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping end-to-end consumer journeys and omnichannel experiences.
• Experience with membership, loyalty or related consumer experiences.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and cross-functional communication across marketing, CRM and product teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end LEGO Insiders journey maps across prioritised membership journeys.
• Apply persona and segmentation insights to journey design and channel recommendations.
• Collaborate with CRM lifecycle & personalisation, channel, and digital product teams to activate joined-up journeys.
• Translate strategic direction into clear journey designs, requirements and actionable recommendations.
• Analyse channels and touchpoints to improve seamless member experiences.
