Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Membership Journey & Channel Excellence to lead the design and continuous improvement of LEGO Insiders member journeys across branded and non-branded channels. You will drive end-to-end experiences, collaborate with Product and Technology, and influence leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Membership Growth & Development, you will champion跨-functional alignment, channel optimization and persona-based insights

Qualifications

Senior experience leading best-in-class membership or customer journey development in an omni-channel context.
Proven track record of designing end-to-end customer journeys and personalised communication at scale.
Experience with journey mapping tools, methodologies and technology.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional development of the LEGO Insiders journey and channel excellence framework.
Define membership journey lifecycle phases and channel behavior across acquisition, onboarding and retention.
Shape channel approaches, prioritised journeys and channel standards across teams.
