TotalEnergies EP Danmark A/S in Esbjerg is seeking a Well Integrity & Wellhead Maintenance Engineer to safeguard offshore well barriers, drive integrity improvements, and plan maintenance activities within the Drilling & Wells team. You will manage risk, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance while delivering safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a university engineering degree, 5+ years in Drilling & Wells, and experience with WIMS, with a strong safety mindset and stakeholder

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant technical engineering discipline.
• More than five years of relevant industry experience within Drilling & Wells.
• Knowledge of well construction and production operations.
• Safety leadership skills and the ability to solve complex problems innovatively and cost-effectively.
• Experience with Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS).
• Understanding of offshore regulatory requirements and industry standards for well integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned well portfolio in the Well Integrity Management System, keeping status, barriers, schematics, and risk information accurate and up to date.
• Review well barriers and pressure performance, investigate anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee well integrity, barrier restoration, and wellhead maintenance per regulations, standards, and company rules.
