Qualifications

• Степень в области CS/Software Engineering или эквивалимый опыт.

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical production experience. Experience with functional programming. Ideally in Elixir, Erlang, or similar, though we are happy to cross-train engineers with a strong interest in functional design. Solid understanding of core software engineering practices: automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and clean architecture. Experience with (or strong technical interest in) distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability/low-latency services. Clear, proactive communication in English. A willingness to mentor peers, review code thoughtfully, and receive feedback with an open mind. Hands-on experience containerizing and orchestrating services using Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with high-throughput message brokers (NATS.io, Kafka, RabbitMQ) and efficient serialization/RPC protocols (Protocol Buffers, gRPC). Practical exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience building or consuming modern AI/LLM APIs and toolchains in production.
