We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Herning Denmark. In this role you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using various types of materials such as brick, concrete, and stone. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in masonry and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay out walls, floors and patios according to blueprints or specifications
• Mix mortar and cement using hand tools or machinery
• Cut and shape bricks or stones to fit in specific areas
• Install insulation materials and moisture barriers
• Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and meets building codes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Mason
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, levels and chisels
• Strong knowledge of different types of materials used in masonry work
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
