Job summary

Want More seeks an experienced Mason to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. You will construct and repair walls, floors, chimneys, arches and other structures using bricks, stones and masonry materials.

The role requires reading blueprints, following plans, and working outdoors in varying weather. A minimum of 3 years’ experience and visa eligibility for Denmark are essential. Accommodation and visa support are provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mason.
• Proficient in bricklaying and masonry techniques.
• Familiar with materials used in masonry work.
• Able to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid visa or ability to obtain one for working in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Cutting or shaping bricks, stones or blocks using tools such as chisels or saws.
• Mixing mortar or other materials according to specific ratios.
• Ensuring that all structures are levelled and aligned correctly.
• Repairing cracks or damages in existing structures using appropriate techniques.
• Cleaning tools and equipment after use and maintaining a clean work area.
• Following all safety protocols while working on construction sites.
