Risskov, Aarhus (DK)
- Full-time
- 1 November 2026 until 31 July 2027
At Kvik, we are continuously strengthening how we engage with customers across the entire lifecycle - from the first inspiration to long-term loyalty. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist, Automation & Content, to join us on a temporary basis and keep our customer journeys - and the content behind them - running, performing, and improving.
In this role, you'll be the hands-on driver of our marketing automation and email marketing efforts, working primarily in Agillic to design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys across the full lifecycle - from welcome flows to loyalty and reactivation. You'll also keep the content behind those journeys up to date on kvik.com, so we always have a strong, seamless customer journey.
You’ll join our Digital & E-commerce team, consisting of several specialists across digital product and development, e-commerce, and performance marketing, and report to the Digital & E-commerce Director. The position is based at our office in Risskov, Aarhus.
Marketing Automation & Email Marketing (Agillic)
- Design, build, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys - from welcome flows to loyalty programs and reactivation efforts.
- Own day-to-day campaign setup, testing, deployment, and optimization in Agillic.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and translate insights into improved engagement and conversion.
Customer Data & Personalization (Tealium)
- Support and maintain our Customer Data Platform (Tealium) to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.
- Collaborate with our external partners and agency to keep the CDP setup running smoothly.
- Help activate customer data across channels and touchpoints, including our customer universe, MyKvik.
Content, Campaign Support & Digital Ad Hoc
- Update content and pages on kvik.com in our CMS as needed, especially where it ties into your email and lifecycle journeys.
- Occasionally lend a hand on broader digital campaigns when they overlap with email marketing.
- Jump in on ad hoc digital tasks as they arise - from small campaign or content fixes to supporting broader digital initiatives.
- Help keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly day-to-day. And help ensure a strong customer journey and experience.
Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, IT, and Commercial teams, locally and internationally.
- Own the day-to-day dialogue with our external partners and agencies, keeping things moving and expectations aligned.
- Be the day-to-day go-to person for marketing automation and email marketing during the maternity cover period.
What You Bring
- The right attitude comes first - a drive to make things happen and a genuine appetite to learn.
- Some hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Agillic or similar) and email/lifecycle marketing - preferably 2+ years, though we'd rather hire for drive and curiosity than a perfect CV.
- Comfortable turning data and briefs into automated, triggered customer journeys.
- Experience with a Customer Data Platform (Tealium or similar) or CRM integrations is an advantage.
- Experience working with a CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Umbraco, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset - able to read campaign performance and turn it into concrete improvements.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable owning your area independently during a busy period.
- Flexible and quick on your feet - comfortable jumping between tasks when priorities shift.
- Professional English skills, written and spoken - we work across international markets.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Business, or similar is a plus.
What We Offer
- A hands-on role with real, immediate impact on how we connect with our customers - plenty of room to move things forward and learn fast.
- Close collaboration with skilled colleagues across Digital, Marketing, IT, and Commercial - locally and internationally.
- The chance to work with modern marketing automation, content, and customer data platforms (Agillic, Tealium, our CMS).
- We are a certified Great Place to Work (score: 92% in 2025) and featured on the Fortune World's Best Workplaces list (#64 in Europe, 2024).
- Attractive employee benefits, including a canteen scheme (with breakfast), an attractive pension package, and health insurance.
- We prioritize a strong culture where we meet physically to collaborate and spar with each other. Therefore, we expect your primary base to be the office in Risskov at least 4 days per week, while naturally offering flexibility to work from home when needed.
This is a temporary maternity cover position, with an expected start date as soon as possible and an end date of 31 July 2027.
