Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Marketing Specialist for Norway and Denmark to translate, localize and manage content for end-users and healthcare professionals. You will create monthly social media calendars, run digital advertising, and coordinate influencer collaborations across Norway and Denmark from a remote setup.

The role requires strong Norwegian and English communication, plus Danish knowledge is a plus. You will work with Nordic and EMEA teams, with some travel expected.

Qualifications

• Degree level education; preferably in life sciences, marketing, business, or similar.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, orally and in writing. Ability in Danish is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or other graphic design/content creation tools.
• Experience with Sprout or Meta Buiness Suite, CapCut, and/or VEED.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for MiniMed for Norway and Denmark.

The product portfolio includes insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems, a smart MDI system, CareLink software, and consumables. The job entails working closely with the Norwegian and Danish sales and marketing teams, the Nordic marketing team, and EMEA teams. The position is home-based (remote) and requires some travel.

• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work toward deadlines.
• Result-oriented with good organization and time management skills.
