Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant technical background such as Marine Engineer (Maskinmester) or Mechanical Engineer with strong mechanical experience.
• Good understanding of mechanical equipment and strong technical curiosity.
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, centrifuges, piping, hydraulics or related equipment.
• Systematic approach to problems and robust root cause investigations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across Production, Maintenance and technical functions.
• Danish language skills with good English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance across M1.
• Investigate equipment failures and drive root cause investigations.
• Develop corrective and preventive solutions addressing underlying causes.
• Coordinate maintenance, production and technical specialists to resolve issues.
• Review recurring problems and challenge maintenance strategies for better solutions.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives and projects.
• Use reliability data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure maintainability of new equipment.
• Share knowledge and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment.
