Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technology Engineer for our Nordborg site. The role focuses on bridging product development and serial production to ensure robust, stable processes ready for scaling.

You'll work hands-on with operators and engineers to identify improvements, manage launch activities, and support early product introduction into serial production in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience from a manufacturing, production, quality, or process-focused environment.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality and production performance data to identify improvement opportunities and increase process stability.
• Drive quality and productivity improvements that reduce waste and strengthen production readiness.
• Maintain and develop quality documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SOPs) per IATF 16949.
