Novo Nordisk in Denmark is seeking a Manufacturing Data Architect to shape how manufacturing data is defined, governed, and reused across Global Manufacturing & Supply. You will bridge shop floor data with enterprise analytics and AI capabilities, defining standards and reusable patterns.
Responsibilities include evolving the GMS Data Target Architecture, creating data contracts and schemas standards, and guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure interoperable data across systems.

As a Manufacturing Data Architect, you will shape how manufacturing data is defined, structured, governed, and reused across a global organisation. Your work will provide the architectural foundation that enables trusted, contextualised, and interoperable data, supporting critical operational, analytical, and AI-driven decisions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between manufacturing operations and enterprise digital capabilities. By defining standards, architectural guardrails, and reusable patterns, you will help create a more connected data landscape that supports scalable digital and AI ambitions across GMS.
You are an experienced data architecture professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and influencing stakeholders across technical and business communities. You combine strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into practical architectural direction.
You will join the Manufacturing Architecture organisation within Global Manufacturing & Supply. The team provides architecture leadership across a highly complex manufacturing environment and supports the development of scalable digital, data, and AI capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with Domain Architects, Lead Solution Architects, Solution Architects, product teams, business data owners, process experts, and architecture communities across GMS. You will also work with Enterprise IT and Enterprise AI teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are reflected in enterprise-wide capabilities and roadmaps.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position (JL8).
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
