Terma Group in Aarhus seeks a seasoned Manager to lead and grow a software engineering team in Defense Air. You will work with architects, project managers, systems engineers, and other leaders to align priorities, manage capacity, and keep expectations realistic.

Your role in our team

As our new Manager, you will lead and develop a software engineering team in Defense Air. You will work closely with architects, project managers, systems engineers, scrum masters, and other leaders to align priorities, manage capacity, and keep expectations realistic.

You should have practical experience with people leadership — either as a manager or from a role with clear responsibility for people, priorities, and collaboration.

A background as a software engineer is an advantage, but not a requirement.
