Turn commercial priorities into practical sales capabilities that make a measurable difference

Do you get energy from helping sales professionals build confidence, sharpen their skills and succeed with customers? Would you like to develop learning solutions that can be used across markets in a global organisation? Then this may be the opportunity for you.

As Manager, Sales Training & Enablement, you willtranslate commercial priorities and identified capability needs into relevant training programmes, learning journeys and practical tools.

You willmanage initiatives from identifying needs and design through to delivery, implementation and follow-up, working closely with sales companies, business areas and colleagues across International Sales.

Welcome to Sales Training & Enablement

You will join a global Sales Training & Enablement team within International Sales. The team is a smaller international team with five colleagues having focus on sales training, sales product training and sales enablement. We work closely together in a collaborative, hands-on way, always keeping our target audience at the center of everything we do.

Turn learning into commercial impact

Our ambition is to make learning a competitive advantage by equipping the sales organisation with the skills, mindset and structure needed to create strong customer outcomes. Together with the team, you will ensure that training deliveries are practical, engaging, scalable and connected to the realities of sales performance.

We involve markets early, test ideas against business needs and focus on solutions that sales professionals and managers can apply in practice.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deliver sales training programmes and learning journeys.
  • Create and maintain digital learning activities and course content that support retention and application on the job on our FUSE platform.
  • Conduct training-needs assessments with markets and stakeholders; analyse findings and recommend focused capability-building initiatives.
  • Manage training projects end-to-end, including planning, content development, stakeholder coordination, implementation and follow-up.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences in physical, virtual and blended formats for sales professionals
  • Translate complex commercial concepts into simple, relevant and actionable content, tools and exercises.
  • Coordinate with markets and business areas to adapt global solutions to relevant business needs while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Support the use and continuous improvement of learning technologies, authoring tools and learning-distribution platforms.
  • Share best practices and contribute actively to global trainer and sales communities.
  • Define appropriate success measures and use feedback and available performance indicators to improve learning solutions.
A commercially minded capability builder

You understand sales and enjoy helping others improve. You are comfortable owning projects independently, while involving the right stakeholders and creating alignment across functions and markets. You combine strong facilitation and communication skills with a structured approach to development and implementation.

What you will bring to the role:
  • A relevant commercial or business background and approximately 3-5 years of experience within sales, sales training, sales enablement, facilitation and digital content creation.
  • Practical experience designing, developing or delivering training for sales professionals.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to move several activities forward with clear priorities and follow-up.
  • Confidence working with diverse stakeholders in an international matrix organisation.
  • The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and make learning relevant in day-to-day sales situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger is an advantage.
  • Experience with blended learning, digital learning design, authoring tools, LMSs or LXPs.
How you work:
  • You take ownership and move agreed priorities forward.
  • You build trusted relationships and work constructively across functions and markets.
  • You communicate with clarity, confidence and impact, both in the room and online.
