Job summary

Danish Crown is seeking a Manager, ERP & ESM Platforms to lead the SAP and ServiceNow platform teams in Denmark and Poland, shaping the future SAP landscape and a sustainable operating model.

You will balance reliable day-to-day operations with strategic platform development, drive roadmaps and governance, ensure secure, cost-effective services, and collaborate with Business Solutions, Enterprise Architecture and senior stakeholders. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a people leadership role.
• Experience in a complex enterprise IT environment with platform teams.
• Experience with SAP platform operations and move from project delivery to operations.
• Knowledge of IT service management, platform governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts and licences.
• Ability to think strategically while delivering with strong execution and service quality.
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical teams, architects, vendors and stakeholders.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing the SAP and ServiceNow platform teams.
• Setting clear priorities and creating accountability and opportunities for growth.
• Driving platform strategies, roadmaps, governance and lifecycle management.
• Supporting the transition of SAP S/4HANA from project delivery into sustainable operations.
• Ensuring reliable, secure and cost-effective platform services.
• Strengthening SAP security, authorisation and Segregation of Duties governance.
• Managing budgets, platform costs, licences, vendors and service providers.
• Aligning priorities with Business Solutions and Enterprise Architecture and other stakeholders.
• Developing ServiceNow as Danish Crown's Enterprise Service Management platform.
• Driving continuous improvement, automation and AI opportunities.
• An experienced people leader with a strong delivery focus.
