Job Summary

As a maintenance technician, you will be a key player in ensuring stable operation in our production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance
• Handle corrective maintenance in the event of breakdowns
• Work closely with operators, specialists and engineers
• Work independently on the weekend shift - but with support from the team of 26 colleagues

Education

• Vocational technical training such as Electrician, Automatics technician, Aviation mechanic, Blacksmith or machinist with electrical superstructure

Work Experience

• Work with automation, mechanics, pneumatics, water and steam
• Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance systems
• Preferably experience within pharma or food production
• Experience with automation/PLC or mechanical punching tools

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good English skills
• Driving license B (preferably also a boiler operator's license and forklift license)
• Service-minded and well colaboration across functions
• Keeping a cool head during breakdowns and many simultaneous tasks
• Working analytically, systematically and quality-conscious
• Planning tasks efficiently and takeing responsibility
• Doesn't give up until the cause is found – and the problem is solved for the future

Shift

Weekend: 2 × 12 hours

Training approx. 3 months on day shift:

Mon–Thurs: 06:00–13:45

Fri: 06:00–13:00

Night shift: 34 hours

Training approx. 3 months on day shift:

Fri: 06.00–13.00

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary for this position is kr499,920.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
