Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc is seeking an HR Business Partner in Horsens, Denmark to support HR services across designated business units, drive talent development, and ensure compliance with policies. Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partner support across all assigned business clients within designated location.
• Support the implementation of global human resource initiatives under the direction of the HR leadership team.
• Provide appropriate HR support in the development and retention of talent, working in close collaboration with talent acquisition teams.
• Provide HR clarification around benefits, payroll, HR policies and practices to employees.
• Support stakeholders in initiating processes within the HRIS System.
• Support HR in performance management cycles and in developing teams.
• Site administrator back‑up for Learning Management System including scheduling online learning classes, tracking attendance and maintaining files.
• Consult with managers and supervisors regarding employee performance issues and assists with the disciplinary processes.
• Workplace planning to include assisting with and identifying personnel and training needs.
• Use data, statistics, evidence‑based research, benchmarks, HR and business metrics to facilitate decision‑making.

Job Summary

This role will support team members, enable growth, provide high‑touch employee service, and be an advocate of West's culture and mission. You will be a trusted advisor to our departmental leaders, partnering to build and strengthen their high-performing teams and ensuring we are making the right people decisions. You will support our employees as a true advocate to help them grow and thrive. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.

Education

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in an industrial environment required

• Fluent Danish and English skills both written and spoken

Pay Transparency

The annual base salary range for this position is kr503,888.00 - kr641,312.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
