Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Maintenance Excellence Owner to drive TPM strategy and maintenance governance across GMP sites. This on-site role ensures equipment, utilities and facilities operate at peak reliability to support uninterrupted production.

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Science and Engineering, the role collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and EHS to elevate reliability, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial).
• 10+ years in maintenance/engineering/operations in GMP life sciences.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or large maintenance programs.
• Strong TPM, reliability engineering, and CMMS/EAM knowledge.
• Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Enterprise TPM strategy across sites.
• Establish standardized maintenance programs and best practices.
• Lead TPM pillars and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Improve asset reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: cGMP, GxP, EHS, audits.
• Direct the CMMS/EAM and digital maintenance strategy.
• Lead maintenance leadership teams and vendor partnerships.
