Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior machine operation preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to production requirements.
• Operate machinery in a safe manner.
• Monitor machine output and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot any issues during production.
• Maintain accurate production records.
