Job summary

PVH Corp. is hiring for a Sales Associate role within the Tommy Hilfiger store in a luxury retail environment. You will share a passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues, leading by example to generate sales and maintain an impeccably presented store.

You will build relationships, stay current with fashion trends, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while supporting peak trade periods with flexible, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/retail environments.
• Strong communication, both speaking and listening.
• Interest in fashion and retail trends.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Motivation to drive sales using digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and link selling to drive business.
• Outfit customers and make product recommendations to hit store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Represent the brand as a Brand Ambassador and stay updated on fashion trends.
• Ensure shop and stock room presentation and maintenance are top-notch.
• Be flexible and proactive in peak trade periods.
