CORI Hornbæk Hotel in Denmark is seeking a Waiter to join the Cori Table & The Jetty team. The role focuses on warm, effortless service that mirrors our spirit of quiet elegance and genuine hospitality.

You will be on the front line of guest interactions, ensuring a seamless flow of service across restaurant and bar experiences, with a strong emphasis on guest wellbeing and authentic connections.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel service (preferred).
• A passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A professional, positive, and service-minded attitude.
• Attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; a Scandinavian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivering attentive, warm, and professional service throughout the guest journey.
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
• Taking accurate orders and ensuring smooth coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
• Serving food and beverages with precision, timing, and attention to detail.
• Taking ownership of the guest experience, anticipating needs and responding proactively.
• Handling billing and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and service-ready tables and service areas.
• Supporting opening and closing procedures and daily service preparation.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.
