Everllence SE in København seeks a motivated LTSA Student Assistant to support Business Intelligence initiatives. You will work with Power BI, SQL, and data management to help deliver accurate dashboards and data-driven insights across the organization.

You will develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI reports, write SQL queries, cleanse and structure data from multiple sources, and collaborate with stakeholders across the LTSA department.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, Economics, Finance, or a similar field.
• Practical experience with Power BI and creating dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with SQL queries and retrieving/structuring data from databases.
• Knowledge of data management, including cleansing, validation, and preparation.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and transforming data into insights.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

You will play an important role in

As our new Student Assistant, you will help strengthen our reporting and business intelligence capabilities, ensuring that stakeholders have access to accurate, meaningful, and actionable data.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
• Creating visualizations and performance tracking tools to support business decisions

We imagine that you

• Are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree within Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, Economics, Finance, or a similar field
• Have practical experience with Power BI and enjoy creating dashboards and data visualizations
• Have experience working with SQL queries and understand how to retrieve and structure data from databases
• Have knowledge of data management, including data cleansing, validation, and preparation
• Are comfortable working with large datasets and transforming data into useful insights
• Have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
• Have a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
• Can work approximately 15 hours per week alongside your studies

It will be considered an advantage if you have experience with

• Python
• Power Query
• Data modelling
• Tableau or similar visualization tools
