Job summary

Salling Group A/S is seeking a Data Analyst to turn customer data and loyalty program performance into actionable insights. You will support decision making and optimize our loyalty ecosystem across Bilka Plus, føtex Plus, Netto+, ClubSalling, and Carl's Jr.

You will join a young, dynamic team in Aarhus, building scalable data infrastructure, dashboards, and automated data flows to empower cross-functional stakeholders. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, or statistics.
• 2+ years in a data/analytics role in FMCG or similar.
• Strong SQL and data wrangling skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into business and customer insights.
• Analyze customer behavior and program performance to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to optimize programs.
• Create customer segments and triggered actions for campaigns.
