Sprii in Aarhus, Denmark, is hiring a Live Commerce Manager to turn brands into growth through live shopping and video commerce. You will guide strategy and hands-on execution, helping brands build engaging shows and adopt new features on the Sprii platform.

Live Commerce Manager

Turn video and live commerce into growth, for brands across Europe

Sprii helps brands go live and turn shoppable video into revenue. So far that adds up to 3,000+ brands, 72,000+ live shopping events, and €365M in revenue generated. Names you know run their live shopping on Sprii (LEGO, MediaMarkt, Matas, BabySam), and so do hundreds of other brands.

We are looking for a Live Commerce Manager to help those brands grow. Part strategic advisor, part project manager, and the person they trust to get the most out of the Sprii platform. You teach brands how to build a business on live shopping and video commerce, and you make sure they win with it.

What you will do

• Advise brands on how to grow with live shopping: strategy, planning, and hands-on project management around their shows.

• Get customers adopting new features and formats, and show them what a strong show actually looks like.

• Support your customers on the Sprii platform day to day, so they always know how to get the most out of it.

• Help grow the DACH market. You will work directly with German-speaking brands and help us win new ground there.

• Build real relationships. Our customers feel more like 1,000 colleagues than accounts, and that is on purpose.

• Own your pipeline. Build and manage your own customer pipeline together with sales and other colleagues.

Who you are

• Driven and early in your career. Maybe you just finished your studies, maybe you have a couple of years behind you. What matters is the drive to grow fast, not the length of your CV.

• Bilingual. You speak English and German, so you can work with brands across the DACH region.

• Commercially sharp. You have a feel for how a business makes money. You can walk into a pet brand one day and a fashion brand the next and quickly see what drives each one.

• Into e-commerce. You have a real interest in e-commerce and how online brands grow, and you can spot where video commerce would help a business. Hands-on experience is a plus, not a must.

• Comfortable with tech. You are tech savvy, genuinely interested in software, and quick to master a new platform.

• A people person who lands on a screen. You build trust fast in a video call, you enjoy building a network, and your personality comes through even online.

• A problem solver. When you hit a wall, you find a way around it.

• Resilient. You take direct feedback well and keep moving.

• Up for the start-up deal. Real ownership, room to find your own answers, and a team that works hard and has fun doing it.
