Job summary

s360 A/S in Aarhus is seeking a Senior Engineer to scale our internal DevOps and cloud architecture, turning the latest technologies into practical tools for clients and colleagues. You will own our GCP infrastructure, CI/CD in GitHub, and IaC with Terraform, helping build AI-enabled capabilities while aligning engineering with business goals.

The role is rooted in collaboration across an international team.

Qualifications

• Google Cloud Platform familiarity and interest in latest developments (BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE, Dataform).
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions/Workflows.
• 3+ years of hands-on production DevOps experience on enterprise systems.
• Engineering background with degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• IaC experience with Terraform across multiple environments.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

As our Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in scaling our internal platforms and cloud architecture, while turning the latest technologies into essential tools for our clients and colleagues.

Build and scale reliable cloud infrastructure

At the core of this role, you will ensure our projects and development cycles for both technical and non-technical builders remain scalable and robust. You will take ownership of our internal DevOps infrastructure across GitHub and GCP while contributing to new and existing technical solutions. Your work will enable clients and colleagues to securely use our platforms while empowering our engineers to build and scale software effectively.

• Build solutions that make a difference every day: In Tech Solutions, we are building tools that our colleagues and clients use extensively every day to grow their business - from reporting solutions to AI-driven feed optimisation, LLM insights tracking, Campaign optimisation and much more.

• GCP Infrastructure: Working with platforms and pipelines sourcing multiple platforms used by clients and colleagues. You will utilise the strengths of Google Cloud Platform, including Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL etc. to ensure scalability, speed and security.

• Build for AI: AI is especially effective when having clean, structured and scalable infrastructure to work with. You will help build and scale our development operations to include future use cases to build AI tools and solutions from - working with GCP, GitHub, ArgoCD and platforms that support our platforms.

• Connect business and technology: Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to get valuable insights into business context to fuel decisions for architectural decisions.

Pragmatic engineer with a business focus

Your consultative mindset helps you pinpoint exactly where modern cloud tools can solve complex operational challenges.

Furthermore, you can probably recognise the following about yourself:

• Google Cloud Platform: Deep familiarity with the Google Cloud stack (BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE, Dataform) and an interest in the latest developments in GCP.

• GitHub at the core: Deep experience with CI/CD, Actions and Workflows in GitHub.

• Production experience: 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with devOps on enterprise grade solutions.

• Engineering background: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant working experience.

• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform to manage deployments across environments.

• Communication skills: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
