Job summary

BASE life science is seeking a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to translate pharma business needs into user stories and support IT implementation projects for global clients.

You will work in the Data and Analytics practice, combining pharma domain knowledge with technology to drive data-driven decisions. Fluency in English required; French and German are a plus. Location options include Spain (Madrid/Barcelona) or Denmark (Copenhagen).

Qualifications

• 2+ years implementing IT solutions in life sciences.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik/Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of relational databases and big data technologies.
• Fluent in English; French or German a plus.
• BSc/MSc in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management.
• Experience implementing cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of GxP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deep hands-on understanding of commercial processes in life science companies.
• Participate in IT projects for life science clients.
• Leverage data visualization tools (Qlik/Power BI/Tableau) to deliver insights.
• Understand relational databases and big data technologies.
• Support analytics challenges and data-driven transformation.
