Job summary

Birn+Partners is seeking an Executive Management Consultant within Life Science in Denmark/Copenhagen. You will partner with executive teams across Pharma, Biotech, Medtech and Healthcare, lead executive search and leadership advisory assignments, and build a growing portfolio of Life Science clients with support from a cross-border network.

Qualifications

• Strong C-level network within Life Science or leadership experience in pharma/biotech/medtech/healthcare
• Scientific and commercial literacy
• Proven commercial drive and interest in business and people
• Excellent advisory and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex challenges
• Fluency in Danish and English

Responsibilities

• Advise Life Science clients across Pharma, Biotech, Medtech and Healthcare
• Lead executive search and leadership advisory assignments for CEO, CMO, CSO and senior roles
• Build and develop long-term relationships with Life Science clients and grow your portfolio
• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities, not just manage existing ones
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe, sharing sector knowledge and leads across borders
• Work with autonomy, supported by internal platform, tools and marketing infrastructure
