You will collaborate with a world-class team to advance radio technology, contribute to standardization efforts, and drive innovations from concept to PoC, with a flexible and hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in wireless communication and mobile networks.
• Solid knowledge of 3GPP and ORAN standards.
• Experience in developing link-level and system-level simulators.

Responsibilities

• Drive progress as a technical lead on 5G-Advanced and 6G projects.
• Contribute to new features, protocols, and standards in mobile communications.
• Research and develop RRM technologies with measurements and requirements.
• Evaluate performance via link-level and system-level simulations.
• Work with synthetic and real measurements from simulators and PoC systems.
• Lead specialized activities in complex business environments.
• Communicate findings and influence stakeholders.
