Job summary

Cisco Denmark is looking for a security engineering professional to strengthen software security across the development lifecycle. You will build and tune tools to detect vulnerabilities, triage findings, and ensure consistent security processes across product teams.

You will prioritize work based on risk, leverage automation, and collaborate with security, release, and development teams to improve our security posture and metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong background in information security and Linux concepts.
• Experience automating security processes using Go, Python, Bash, or IaC tools.
• Proven track record leading security projects from design to delivery.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deploy tools to detect vulnerabilities in software.
• Triage findings from scanners, reports, and pentests to focus on high impact issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to standardize security processes.
• Communicate risk and prioritize work with cross‑functional partners.
