Job summary

Weibel Scientific in Denmark seeks an Antenna System Architect to define radar antenna system architectures from concept to deployment, collaborating with RF, analog, digital, and mechanical teams to ensure architectural coherence and system-level performance.

You will drive MBSE/SysML-based architecture, derive system requirements, roadmaps, and ensure alignment with regulatory and military standards in a dynamic R&D environment.

Qualifications

• An MSc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to define system architectures and guide engineering decisions across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with RF, microwave, or mixed-signal systems development and lifecycle understanding.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (radio and EMC) and military standards in mission-critical industries.

Responsibilities

• Developing and owning radar antenna system architectures, including system decomposition and trade-off analyses.
• Driving technical alignment across engineering teams, manufacturing representatives, and project management.
• Requirements engineering, including derivation and allocation of system requirements and link/power budgets.
• Defining technology roadmaps and platform strategies for scalable and reusable solutions.
