Job summary

Skatteguiden is seeking a lead for product analytics to own data strategy, set analytics standards, and shape product decisions across teams. You’ll work closely with product managers and have real influence on what gets built and why.

This is a leadership role with ownership over analytics direction. You’ll collaborate with data teams to define metrics, run experiments, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a product analytics function.
• Strong SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience with product analytics in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design experiments and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Own the product analytics function by defining strategy and standards.
• Define and maintain core KPIs across the organisation.
• Design and run experiments—from hypothesis to conclusion.
• Analyse user behaviour and funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Build scalable dashboards and reporting with the data team.
• Translate findings into concrete recommendations for leadership.
