The role involves developing UPS and large kVA converters, leading R&D activities, and ensuring that products meet safety and cost standards. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, preferably in power electronics.
• Proven experience in power electronics and product development for series production.
• Strong knowledge of 3‑phase and DC power conversion, including inverters and PCBA design.
• Experience with project management practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities

• Develop UPS and large kVA 3ph converters.
• Lead R&D activities including electronic subassembly design and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
• Ensure designed products meet safety, functional, and cost requirements.
• Support sales, marketing, manufacturing, and technical support.
• Contribute to innovation and secure patents for ideas.
