Job summary

Cook Medical Denmark is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Development, to tackle challenging manufacturing problems and ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and quality standards.

You will lead smaller projects, own parts of larger ones, and mentor colleagues while shaping procedures and know-how that strengthen the team. A background in medical devices and 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; master's or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar engineering role in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Experience with process characterization, IQ/OQ/PQ, DOE, and SPC; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of small projects or a portion of larger ones, setting key process goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procedures and guidance for other teams.
• Ensure the design history is thorough and traceable; manage timelines and milestones.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to quality and regulatory compliance.
