Job summary

Cook Medical seeks a Senior Engineer, Process Development to tackle manufacturing challenges and ensure products meet clinical, safety, and quality standards. You will lead small projects, mentor colleagues, and shape procedures that raise the team’s know‑how.

You’ll work with engineers, physicians, and product managers to bring new medical devices to life, manage timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the design history.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or higher) required.
• 5+ years in a technical role within medical devices or a regulated industry.
• Experience leading projects and clear, structured communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of projects; own a slice of larger initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers, physicians and product managers to bring devices to life.
• Ensure project timelines, documentation, and design history are robust and traceable.
