Job summary

You will mentor teammates, drive workshops, and contribute to architecture and operational stability in a highly regulated, production-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with exchange-traded listed products and end-to-end trading lifecycle.
• Hands-on understanding of OMS, order routing, execution workflows and market connectivity.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol concepts and session management.
• Familiarity with scripting for analysis and automation (e.g., Python/Java).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and clarify business, functional and non-functional requirements for exchange-traded listed products.
• Translate requirements into solution specs, flows, interfaces and acceptance criteria.
• Act as SME for OMS, trading workflows and connectivity.
• Collaborate with architects/engineering on design and data flows across trading value chain.
• Coordinate impact assessments and dependencies across teams and vendors.
• Plan and support end-to-end testing, including defect analysis and production issues.
• Contribute to stability through incident analysis and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, information security and Nordea standards.
