Novo Nordisk A/S seeks a Lead IT Solution Architect – Veeva Safety to own the end-to-end technical architecture for the Vault Safety platform – spanning case intake, case processing, coding, and regulatory submissions – providing architectural leadership across one of the company's most safety-critical, GxP-regulated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in IT architecture, governance and platform design.
• Experience with pharmacovigilance or safety case management architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Vault Safety architecture, including configuration patterns and data flow.
• Provide architectural leadership across safety-critical, GxP-regulated systems.
• Steer safety platform evolution, manage tech debt, and align with enterprise targets.
• Design and govern integrations between Vault Safety and enterprise systems.
• Mentor delivery teams and ensure clear architectural direction.
• Contribute to Design Authority, ADRs, and SaaS governance.
