Job summary

BESTSELLER is seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer for our Appretio platform in Aarhus. You will lead the frontend design and build data-driven interfaces to enable scalable, high-performance analytics for merchandising and AI-enabled applications.

You will collaborate with merchandisers, data scientists, engineers and analysts to translate complex business needs into intuitive user experiences, while mentoring teammates and setting engineering standards for production frontend work.

Qualifications

At least five years of hands-on experience shipping production web applications.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript with strong UI/UX craft.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into user-friendly frontend experiences.

Responsibilities

Designing and delivering frontend features for a data-heavy analytics application.
Setting technical direction for the frontend stack and driving architecture decisions.
Collaborating with product owners, merchandisers and backend developers.
Mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards across the team.
Monitoring and optimising frontend performance and reliability.
